At Swissreno Property Services, our full-service property management includes: finding the perfect tenant for your property through advertising and a thorough screening process, moving the tenant in, collecting rent, taking care of maintenance and repairs, and managing the tenant throughout their lease.

Cleaning

Leave the logistics to us. We’ll coordinate and arrange for professional cleaners to ensure your property is impeccably clean and inviting upon your arrival, or as frequently as you prefer.

Maintenance

We coordinate and manage all repair and maintenance tasks on your behalf, ensuring your property remains in top condition.

Please note that our service fee covers coordination and management of repair and maintenance tasks, but does not include the cost of materials or household item replacements.

  1. Revolving Capital Tax (Döner Sermaye): This is a fixed tax that may vary from year to year. It applies uniformly to all properties and is typically a nominal fee, usually less than 40 euros.

  2. Title Deed Tax (Tapu Harcı): This tax amounts to 2% of the purchase price for both the selling and purchasing parties, totaling 4% of the purchase price. It’s worth noting that in Turkey, it’s common practice to declare a lower property value in the title deed, which is a tax-efficient approach. This practice is unrelated to your property’s actual valuation and is aimed at reducing tax obligations.
